Cancellation Policy :
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made by you more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a 100% refund.
Late Cancellation / No-Show
Cancellations made by you within 24 hours of the tour start time, or failure to show up for the tour, will incur a 100%
cancellation fee
(no refund).
Validity Period
This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made up to 365 days in advance of the tour date.
Tour pickup/drop-offs:
- All the pickup/drop-offs for the booked tour within 15 KM are included in the price.
- If the pickup is beyond the 15 km of city center Rovaniemi the following prices will be charged
- (Google or Apple maps can be used for the calculation).
Note :
- Kids minimum age 4 years
- We keep the rights to cancel the tours in case of weather
- We keep the rights to cancel the tours if we find the clothing is not proper or your physical & mental fitness is not suitable for the tour.
- 100 % refund if the cancellation made by us
- Carrying your own travel insurance is recommended.
- Customized Tours are depends upon availability & weather.
Guaranteed Tours refund policy :
- To get a refund it must be clear that the lights has not be witnessed neither through the eyes nor through the camera lens.
- Getting refund can take time if done on weekends or purchase made through some third party.
Sustainability Policy :
- We try our best to generate as less waste as possible
- We try our best that after the tour all the waste go to its defined waste places
- We try our best to keep the nature of Lapland clean & show respect to locality local flora & fauna
